“I Can’t Find The Dress I Like In Your Store? Can You Make It For Me?”

YES! We love making custom made dresses for our customers, and even though they’re not in our store it’s really easy to order one!

1. Find the dress that you’d like.

OuterInner.com have a team of expert dressmakers, and although they’re mainly making dresses from our catalog, they have the experience to make any style you like. So first off you need to find us enough information as possible about the dress you’d like. Once you have found it please save any pictures (front, side, back etc) and information about it, such as its decoration, the material it’s made from, and the color.

2. Speak with our customer support team.

Log into your OuterInner account here. Then you’ll be able to contact our customer support team and pass on the pictures and details of your dress so that we can create custom made dresses for you.

3. Get your quote & order as normal.

Our customer team will pass on the dress details to our dressmakers, and then come back to you with a price. They’ll then help you to place an order as normal, and as ever we suggest paying through PayPal as it is the easiest way!

Remember that the sizing for custom made dresses is the same as ordering any dress, so it’s important that you check your measurements in advance of ordering and let us know what they are. If you’re choosing a standard size make sure that its measurements correspond to your own!
